We provide complete lightning protection system for highway, bridge, toll station, substation and other traffic facilities across thunderstorm area.

Lightning protection system based on the new version of iec62305-3, iec62305-4:210 design, and take into account the gb50057-2010 and other international and transportation industry lightning protection standards. The external lightning protection system adopts the "zero welding" connection technology, and the selected lightning protection system connection parts and materials have passed the IEC62561/EN50164 test.

Flash system,

The lightning connection system at the concrete level of traffic command center, toll station and staff dormitory is mainly based on the grid. The grid size is determined according to the lightning protection registration of the protected building (iec62305-2 risk assessment or GB50057 requirements for the classification of lightning protection building). In order not to damage the structure and waterproof performance of the concrete layer, the flashover grid is supported by movable, non-slip, climate change resistant, UV stable and halogen free support

The base is strengthened, and the flash-strip side on the daughter's wall is fixed by the supporting parts with preinstalled bolts.

Down lead

The external lead wire is connected to the grounding system at the shortest distance along the wall, and is directly fixed on the wall by the supporting parts with preinstalled bolts. In consideration of the risk of human contact with overvoltage, CUI wire is used for lead-off in the area of about 3 meters on the ground. The upper end of CUI wire is connected to the common lead-off wire through testing the breaker card, and the lower end is connected to the ground system with the general grounding fixture. When the lead wire is buried in concrete by dark deposition, a fixed grounding terminal and a test break card (box) shall be set in a specific area.

Grounding system
